Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Canary Wharf Private Driver. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Bookings & Payments
1.1 All bookings must be made via our website, email, or telephone.
1.2 Full payment or a deposit (if applicable) may be required at the time of booking.
1.3 Prices are based on the service selected, distance, duration, and any additional requirements.
1.4 Hourly bookings are charged from the time the driver arrives at the collection address until the time they return to the same original collection point.
1.5 Additional waiting time, extra hours, or last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time for a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the collection time are non-refundable.
2.3 No-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable.
2.4 If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver illness, unsafe weather), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Service Provision
3.1 The driver will arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time.
3.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pick-up and drop-off information.
3.3 All journeys must be pre-booked; we do not provide immediate roadside hire.
3.4 For airport collections, customers must provide correct flight details. We monitor flights but are not responsible for incorrect information.
3.5 Any changes to the itinerary must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Passenger Conduct
4.1 Passengers must behave appropriately and comply with driver instructions for safety reasons.
4.2 Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Passengers must not cause damage to the vehicle. Any damages caused will result in repair or cleaning charges being applied.
4.4 The driver reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves in an abusive, threatening, or dangerous manner.
5. Luggage & Personal Items
5.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage fits safely in the vehicle.
5.2 We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
5.3 Items found in the vehicle will be held for a reasonable period and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
6. Delays & External Factors
6.1 Canary Wharf Private Driver is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

Traffic congestion

Road closures
-
Accidents
-
Extreme weather
-
Security delays
-
Flight delays beyond our monitoring ability
6.2 We will make all reasonable efforts to reach the destination on time.
7. Vehicle Use & Limitations
7.1 Vehicles are supplied clean, well-maintained, and fully insured.
7.2 Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
7.3 Child seats must be requested in advance if required.
7.4 The customer may not instruct the driver to break traffic laws.
8. Liability
8.1 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
8.2 We do not accept liability for:

Missed flights due to circumstances outside our control

Loss of income, profit, or business opportunities

Indirect or consequential losses
8.3 We will always act with reasonable skill and care in providing our services.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
9.2 We will never sell or share customer information with third parties except where required to fulfil the booking.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
